Who: Toro y Moi
What: You couldn’t ask for a more laid back Sunday afternoon, nor a song that’s so perfect for it. This track is so fresh I’ve been blasting it all day and still can’t quite bring myself to pull it off repeat. Chaz Bundick aka Toro y Moi has stitched the dreamwave sound into a soft, misty, brilliant-cut cloud, and I’m content to hang out on it for the rest of the weekend. Watch out for an LP in 2010, head to MySpace to buy his newest EP, and be sure to check out his blog, Lessons Of The Poor And Lonely, which he’s killin’ with some incredible photography.
