Who: Chromeo
What: These guys hit the stage with Vampire Weekend at the mtvU’s Woodie Awards to show off this new remix that’s already made it onto just about every radar out there. But the mix is quality, and I hear the show was actually decent, honoring the music voted best by college students around the country. A-Trak was spinning all night… couldn’t have been too bad. Although we’d prolly prefer it to be the music voted best by hype machine fans around the country, at least this is a step in the right direction for MTV. In any case, enjoy the killer mixes.

And for something a little special, we thought it would be a nice to slow it down a bit and check out Bloc Party’s take on “Needy Girl”… absolutely perfect mix for these chilly days.
